Seam Checker

布頭檢測(cè)器是通過(guò)檢測(cè)綁在布頭的磁鐵所發(fā)出磁場(chǎng)信號(hào)來(lái)檢測(cè)布頭的，檢測(cè)器安裝在缸體外面，以采集到缸體內(nèi)足夠大的磁場(chǎng)信號(hào)為依據(jù)，觸發(fā)驅(qū)動(dòng)信號(hào)及時(shí)截停主泵，從而找到布頭。大大減少了通過(guò)人眼觀察來(lái)找布頭的時(shí)間，節(jié)省人力以及物力。

Seam checker is used for checking seam by testing the magnet magnetic field signal tied to the seam. Checker is placed out of the cylinder body. The magnetic field signal collected inside the cylinder body is large enough, and it could trigger the driving signal and stop main pump timely to find the seam. It could reduce the time to find the seam by the human eye observation greatly, and save manpower and material resources.
